Dear Thomas, Wilmington, April 21, 1781.

I have received your very kind letter, and am sensible of the obliging part you took in the debate in which I was concerned.

I send you H. Brodrick with another victory. Whether it may be of advantage to the public or not, I trust it will prove useful to him.
